Dream Vacation Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• The Dream Vacation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the service area of Five Star Home Services and must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Five Star Home Services are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

• No purchase necessary to enter. Individuals can enter the Giveaway by completing the entry form provided on the Five Star Home Services website. Only one entry per person. Entries must be received between March 29th, 2024 and April 30th, 2024 to be eligible for the Giveaway.

Bonus Entries:

Entrants can earn bonus entries by completing a qualified installation with Five Star Home Services between March 29th, 2024 and April 30th, 2024. Each completed installation during this period will earn additional entries into the Dram Vacation Giveaway:

• Customers who have the following installations completed will earn ten (10) entries for the Dream Vacation Giveaway:
  • Whole Home Surge Protector
  • Tank Water Heater
  • Battery Back Sump Pump
  • Smart Flow System
  • Garbage Disposal
  • Indoor Air Quality Product
• Customers who have the following installations completed will earn fifteen (15) entries for the Dream Vacation Giveaway:
  • Electrical Panel
  • Tankless Water Heater
  • Water Conditioning System
  • Single HVAC System (one of the following: Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Air Handler, Furnace)
• Customers who have the following installations completed will earn twenty-five (25) entries for the Dream Vacation Giveaway:
  • Whole Home Generator
  • Ductless Mini-Split System
  • Full HVAC System (two of the following: Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Air Handler, Furnace)
• Only installations completed between March 29th, 2024 and April 30th, 2024 will be eligible for entry into the Giveaway.

Prize:

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Dream Vacation valued up to $15,000 USD.
• The winner will work with a Travel Agent designated by Five Star Home Services to book and handle all vacation details.
• The Dream Vacation must be booked and completed within 11 months of the announcement of the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
• The drawing will be conducted within eight (8) days following the end of the Giveaway period.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Claiming Prize:

• The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within three (3) business days following the drawing.
• The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize.
• If the winner fails to respond within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of Five Star Home Services.

Publicity Release:

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Five Star Home Services the right to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• By accepting the grand prize, the winner agrees to send photos from their Dream Vacation experience to Five Star Home Services.
• Five Star Home Services reserves the right to share these photos on their official social media channels for promotional purposes.
• The winner understands and agrees that their photos may be used in marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, website content, and promotional materials.
• The winner retains the rights to their photos and will be credited appropriately if used by Five Star Home Services.

General Conditions:

• Five Star Home Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Five Star Home Services, which are final and binding.
• Five Star Home Services is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

Governing Law:

• The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Sponsor:

• The Giveaway is sponsored by Five Star Home Services, 8150 Howe Industrial Parkway, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. By participating in the Dream Vacation Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Five Star Home Services, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
