“Mike came out to do a safety inspection for us on the furnace. As he started doing research on our furnace and found out it has not been serviced since we had it installed about 3 years ago. So I asked if he had time to do a full blown checkup. He made arrangements to do the checkup, made a couple recommendations and even cleaned out the chipmunk that met his demise by crawling in the make up air pipe and couldn’t make his way back out.
