How to Enter

To enter, customers must purchase and have a new furnace installed by Five Star Home Services during the month of December 2025. Each completed furnace purchase and installation automatically qualifies as one (1) entry into the giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per household.

All purchases and installations must be completed by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025 to be eligible.

Winner Selection

One (1) Grand Prize Winner on or about January 5, 2026, who will receive a refund of their qualifying furnace purchase, up to $3,000 (furnace only). Excludes cost of install and materials.
One (1) Weekly Winner each week in December 2025 (December 6, 13, 20, and 27), selected from eligible customers who have completed their furnace purchase and installation during that week.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Details

Grand Prize: Refund of qualifying furnace purchase, up to $3,000 (refunded via original payment method or check).
Weekly Prizes: Each weekly winner will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Five Star Home Services.

Notification

Winners will be notified via phone or email within five (2) business days of selection.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 36 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

By participating, entrants agree that Five Star Home Services may use their name, likeness, photographs, videos, testimonial, and other submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including social media, print, and broadcast, without additional compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Any prize valued at $600 or more will require completion of a Form W-9 and will result in issuance of an IRS Form 1099 for the prize amount.

Release of Liability

By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Five Star Home Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation, prize acceptance, refund processing, or use.

Five Star Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, code violations, or hazardous materials discovered during service or installation.

Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

All actions shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
