Five Star is offering a 10 Year Parts Warranty and a 10 Year Labor Warranty along with expert, professional installation of your new HVAC equipment. Annual maintenance is required by the manufacturer to maintain the 10 Year Parts Warranty. Annual maintenance is required through Five Star Home Services to maintain the 10 Year Labor Warranty. Lack of maintenance may void warranty.
