- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Ohio, 18+ years old. Employees of Five Star Home Services, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.
- How to Enter: Visit the Five Star Home Services website and complete the official entry form. Only one entry per person. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on October 15, 2025.
- Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random on October 18, 2025. Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries.
- Prize: The winner will receive 4 game tickets to the Ohio State vs. Penn State football game on November 1, 2025. No prize substitutions or transfers unless permitted by Five Star Home Services.
- Notification: Winner will be contacted via email or phone by October 19, 2025. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.
- Publicity: By entering, the winner grants permission for Five Star Home Services to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
- Release of Liability: Entrants release and hold harmless Five Star Home Services and affiliated parties from any liability related to participation or prize use.
- Disputes: Governed by Ohio law. All disputes will be handled by state or federal courts in Ohio.
